How to set your clock:

Insert the batteries, keeping in mind that from that moment the cuckoo will sound for 16 continuous hours then remain silent for 8 hours.

Practical example: If you want the cuckoo to stop at 11 p.m., insert the batteries at 7:45 a.m. It will start sounding at 8 a m. and will go silent after 11 p.m. until the next morning.
